If you contact us using the form on our website or by email, we store your provided data to process the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass on these data without your consent. The data already provided by you are required for contract fulfillment or for implementation of pre-contractual measures or official data collection. Without these data your orders or processing with you cannot be concluded.

These are data which we request you to enter or provide as a template, i.e. all data which you enter yourself on the website, e.g. in the contact form or if you send us an email to an email address listed on the website. We use this information for the purpose for which they have been collected, i.e. in order to answer a contact inquiry or to send product information.

We automatically collect certain information regarding your use of the website in order to give you access to this website, to improve and to further develop it as well as for security purposes (recognition, prevention or examination of attacks on our website) and to make it more user friendly and to be able to prepare user statistics. 3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The data are processed on the basis of legal regulations of sec. 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1(a) (Consent) and/or f (Legitimate Interest) of the GDPR. For the purpose of processing please refer to 2.1 and 2.2. The legality of the processing exists due to our predominantly legitimate interest to achieve the purposes listed in 2.1 and 2.2.
4. RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND RIGHT TO APPEAL
You have the principal rights for disclosure, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. These rights can be exercised by mail, fax or email to the contact data listed under Point 1. If you think that the processing of your data is in breach of the data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulatory authorities of the EU or the Austrian Data Protection Authority in Vienna.
5. STORAGE OF DATA (DURATION OF STORAGE)
5.1. Data which you enter:
These data are deleted after one year if the type of query (e.g. Sample order or complaint) is not planned by legal provisions of longer storage.
5.2. Automatically collected information:
We will store your data for a duration of up to 15 months. Your data will only be stored for a longer period if this is required to investigate any attacks on our website.
